FRN supports consequential growth decisions: where to play, how to enter a new market, why growth is underperforming, which opportunities merit investment and what must change for a business to scale. Our capabilities span strategy and growth, market entry, go-to-market, commercial diligence, and digital and operating-model transformation.
We work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, boards and investors. Typical situations include businesses entering their next phase of growth, global firms evaluating India, Indian companies expanding overseas, and investors testing a commercial thesis or value-creation plan.
Senior people do the work. An accountable senior engagement lead remains involved from the initial discussion through the final recommendation. Where additional expertise would improve the decision, FRN may bring in experienced operators, independent experts or academic specialists. They are selected for relevance rather than availability and participate only after confidentiality and conflict checks.
FRN combines the judgement of a senior consulting team with the accountability of a focused boutique. The senior lead at the outset remains accountable through the final recommendation. Engagements are scoped around the decision rather than a staffing pyramid, and recommendations are tested by practitioners who have built businesses, entered markets and lived with the consequences of execution.
It begins with a short, confidential conversation about the decision on the table. We clarify the question, identify the evidence required, check conflicts and determine the right team. Most engagements are defined projects with a fixed scope and clear outputs; FRN may also support clients through a senior-advisory retainer or a focused research or expert engagement. The proposal sets out scope, approach, timing and commercial terms.
Fees depend on the decision, the scope of work and the seniority and mix of expertise required. FRN prices each mandate individually after the initial conversation and provides a clear commercial proposal before work begins. Rate cards are not published because the shape of one strategic decision can be very different from another.
Every enquiry is reviewed by a senior adviser. Tell us what you are deciding and we will aim to respond within two business days.
FRN is interested in experienced operators, advisers, domain specialists and academics whose judgement can strengthen a specific client mandate. Association is selective and based on relevant experience, independence and fit with FRN standards.
Not necessarily. Practitioners may contribute to selected mandates based on expertise, availability and conflict clearance. The scope and working arrangement are agreed for each opportunity.
